As you know, February is Literacy Month at Mazel Day School! We are inviting all parents to come and read to our class. In the past two weeks, Mirelle and Daniel O.'s mommies came to read to us! Daniel's mommy read some of Daniel's favorite books, The Gruffalo and The Gruffalo Child. After she read the books to the class, she gave the children a picture to color that went along with the books.
Mirelle's mommy read, Lady and the Tramp, also one of Mirelle's favorite books. After the book was read, Mirelle's mommy brought the class some peaches to snack on. What a tasty treat! The children enjoyed having the mommies come and read to them! It was a wonderful experience!
